SAM Reclamation: Reclamation rules to product mappings added for invalid products Description There were many incorrect product-to-rule records in samp_m2m_rule_product, due to invalid Parent values.

Steps to Reproduce

For Microsoft Office 365 Model, add a child suite component where Product is empty. Add other models where Product is empty, and add child suite component where Product does not belong to Microsoft Publisher Create a new Microsoft Integration Profile. Run the Import subscription job. Check the samp_m2m_rule_product table for Products added to Microsoft 365
