Part 1: Copy the group type filter query Go to the [sys_user_group] table by entering sys_user_group.list in the application navigator.Add a filter condition where Type contains Incident. Adjust this value to match your requirements — for example, use Change or Problem instead.Select the filter context menu (select and hold or right-click on the filter breadcrumb) and select Copy query. Save this query string — you will use it in step 9. Part 2: Configure the dictionary override Go to incident.do to open a new incident form.Select and hold (or right-click) the Assignment Group field and select Set Dictionary.
