Each Skipped Changes to reviewed is associated with one upgrade history task. When you act on the skipped record, the task is also automatically updated.ResolutionTo view the resolution status of any previous upgrade with skipped records, you can utilize the visual task board (VTB) view. This view provides a clear and organized representation of the upgrade process, allowing you to easily track the status of each record. An upgrade history record is created for each upgrade that is run, providing a detailed log of the upgrade process. This history record includes information on any skipped records, allowing you to quickly identify and address any issues that may have arisen during the upgrade.
