Machine identity property Disabled Overview The Machine Identity Console (identity.mi.enabled) property may appear as disabled. This indicates that the console is not active on your instance. The property can be disabled for the following reasons: Manually deactivated – An admin disabled the property.Automatically deactivated – The instance exceeded the 30M volume limit, and the system disabled the property to maintain performance. How to Identify the Reason To determine whether the property was disabled manually or automatically, follow these steps: Navigate to System Logs in your instance.Check the Log in the Disable Machine Identity Feature If Threshold Exceeded Job. Log exists → The property was auto-deactivated because the instance exceeded the 30M volume restriction. No log found → The property was manually deactivated by an administrator. Next Steps If auto-disabled due to volume limits, review your integration usage and reduce API call volumes before re-enabling the Property. If manually disabled, contact your system administrator to confirm the reason and re-enable the property if required.
