The modal prompt "Use AI to draft this article?" is displayed when either of the steps below are performed. Create Knowledge using the "New" button from the Articles list view. a. From Articles list view, click "New". b. Select Knowledge base and template (KCS or Standard). Create Knowledge using the "Create knowledge" button from a related record - eg. a resolved Incident. a. From record form view, click "Create knowledge". b. Select Knowledge base and template (KCS or Standard). The issue is sometimes the modal "Use AI to draft this article?" might not come-upReleaseXanaduCause"Related Links" [kb_knowledge.source] field is not in the Knowledge [kb_knowledge] form layout. "Related Links" is populated with the Task record where the Article is created from - when you create it from an Incident, for example, this field will contain the reference to the Incident record.ResolutionAdding the 'Source task' field in the Knowledge [kb_knowledge] form layout fixes the issue. NOTE: Please make sure you are adding the field on the correct view (eg. default, Workspace).
