Once CnC recieves this message, it will send a REST request to the ICS API endpoint "icsDiagnostic". If a message is present in the ics diagnostic results table with source as "rest", then REST is considered to be working fine. ⚠️It requires the instance to have at least ONE working agent connected in order to send outbound message to CnC.
