How to add a fields to bulk record update on list in Service Operation Workspace(or any other).Issue Users don't know how to add fields to bulk record updates on the list in the Service Operation Workspace.Symptoms1 - go to Service Operation workspace (or any other) 2 - Open a incident list 3 - chose 2-3 records and click "Edit" UI action on the form Actual result: The user sees a list of fields he can update but doesn't know how to add a new field. See screenshot below: ReleaseAllResolutionThe list you see on the Service operation workspace can be configured from the native UI. - in native UI go to "incident" table - change the view to "Workspace" (see screenshot below) - right click on the form header --> Configure --> Form Layout or Form Builder or Form Design - add a needed field. - check your field in the Service Operation Workspace list NOTE: You may not see all fields on the Native UI view because of UI policies or CLient script that might hide it, but you will see them on Workspace.
