Related list not displaying dot-walked columns or fieldsIssue Fields or columns in a related list are not visible because a condition in an ACL is failing. The condition should evaluate as true, but the field or column required for that evaluation is not available on the list. Administrator users are able to see the columns, but non-administrator users cannot. Symptoms - Some dot-walked columns are not visible in the related list.- Administrator users can see the dot-walked columns, but other users cannot. When the required field is absent from the list layout, the condition cannot be evaluated properly and the column is hidden. Resolution There are two ways to resolve this issue. **Option 1: Add the required field to the list layout** To add dot-walked fields to the list layout, right-click the list column header, select Configure > List Layout, locate the reference field, use Expand selected reference field to expose the related table's fields, move the desired dot-walked fields from Available to Selected, and save. Do not add dot-walked fields via Personalize Columns, as this does not persist dot-walk resolution in list views. Also confirm there are no ACL restrictions on the referenced table's fields blocking read access for the user's role. When displaying dot-walked fields in a list view, ServiceNow requires a table-level read ACL to exist on the referenced (dot-walked) table before the value will appear — even if the user already has the correct field-level ACLs. If values remain hidden after updating the list layout, add table-level read ACLs to the referenced table. **Option 2: Enable the system property `glide.script.partial_record_materializer.enabled`** Related Links - [Dot-Walked Columns Not Visible Despite User Access to Record](https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1710303)- [Dot Walked fields are not showing value on the List layout but visible on Form](https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0827368)
