This delay affects the overall process, leading to slower execution and potentially extending the time required to complete the transition.Steps to Reproduce 1. Go to Upgrade Center on any Xanadu instance and update it to the next release, that is, Yokohama. 2. Upgrading instance from Xanadu family version to Yokohama, and observed that Service Operations Workspace Core/sn_sow plugin took long time to update.WorkaroundIt has been acknowledged that this extended duration is expected due to the complexity of the plugin upgrade. It depends on the customer's data and customisations as well. Given the requirement for the upgrade to be completed within 5 hours—as customers' admin teams need to perform the upgrade within a single shift, factoring in both pre- and post-validation time—the delay is in alignment with the expected upgrade timeframe. After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases. This decision has not been made lightly, and any inconvenience caused is sincerely regretted.Related Problem: PRB1821850
