While the customization is available and installed in the SUBPROD instances.ReleaseAll Versions, Affected instances: PROD ResolutionGo to https://apprepo.service-now.com.Log in using your HI credentials.Next to the application listing, click Select Action and then click 'Manage Entitlements'Choose an entitlement type for your application. Choose any option as - Remove all existing entitlements, Entitle all instances. Entitle selected instancesClick OK.Check the application manager page.
