Cannot install application customization in instance - Support and Troubleshooting

Cannot install application customization in instance Issue Customization for store app can't be installed in PROD instance, but is available and installed in SUBPROD instances.

Release All

Resolution Go to https://apprepo.service-now.com . Log in using your HI credentials. Next to the application listing, click Select Action and then click Manage Entitlements . Choose an entitlement type for your application. Choose any option as - Remove all existing entitlements, Entitle all instances. Entitle selected instances Click OK .
