Enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) with SSOSummaryAfter successfully configuring single sign-on (SSO) in your instance, you now want to enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) for your SSO user logins. To enable MFA for SSO logins, please follow these steps. Ensure the system property, glide.authenticate.mfa.with.multisso.enabled is set to to true. It can be enabled by visiting the multi-factor authentication properties page as wellOn your homepage navigation menu, visit All > Adaptive Authentication > Authentication Policies > Properties pageOn the Adaptive Authentication properties page, enable glide.authenticate.auth.policy.enabled (Enable Authentication Policy)Final and the most important thing is to ensure the multi-factor criteria role-based MFA is set up properly. If the user is an itil user and if itil is not one of the listed roles for MFA, then the user will not be prompted with a MFA setup/validation screen. The user role should be part of the role-based MFA check. You can verify this by visiting All > Multi-factor Criteria page from the home navigation menu and then clicking on "role based multi-factor authentication" link to verify the user roles to which MFA check applies to.
