How to avoid to keep creating conversations and having the chat minimized when users open a new browser for the same portal?

Steps to reproduce

User has a chat with virtual agent on sp portal The chat ends and the virtual agent is still open User opens another sp portal on a new web browser The new browser has the virtual agent open and creates a new conversation Resolution

Go to sp_agent_chat_config.list Open the entry for your portal Add these entries on the server script skip_load_history: true load_active_only: true Go to sys_properties.list Set property com.glide.cs.advanced-chat-popover = true
