Check the property: glide.authenticate.mutual.enabled Even though it is set to true, there are no records available in CA certificates and user to certificates mapping Resolution> Check the change requests created which enable the mTLS on the instance. Go to the support portal and navigate to the change request table, and search with the instance name and subject "*Enable mTLS for instance" > Need to raise a task to the system administrators team to disable the mTLS if no longer required for the customer.
