Steps to Reproduce

1.Create a serverless discovery schedule for pattern Netscaler Loadbalancer- NITRO with url http://10.196.102.136 with nsroot credentials.

2. Click on discover now and check if there is an error in the discovery logs "Failed to update IP on the CI" and IP address is int the cmdb_ci_lb_netscaler.

Workaround The updated set for the workaround for the given problem is attached with the PRB.
