Now Assist related plugins are not showing up on Application Manager on Employee instancesSummaryCurrently on our Employee instances, the Now Assist Related Plugins are not showing up on the Application Manager (like Now Assist for ITSM, FSM, VA and recent ones like Now Assist AI Agents). Even if you click on ’Sync now’ on the App Manager page, it does not actually updates, and further does not brings those plugins. Also, for SNOW employee, who are testing on their employee instances(not Demo instances, they have different process to install those), we cannot go to Store.service-now.com and request install. It will not allow the installation and provide a KB (KB0080072) which mentions that, to install those plugins on employee instance, we have to use App manager. This creates a deadlock as we cannot install it from anywhere, causing delay in investigation and unable to perform troubleshooting effectively.ReleaseWashington DC, XanaduInstructionsFortunately, there is a workaround for this. This is happening because the below 2 properties on your instance, may have set to a value, which is prohibiting the updates. Here are those properties sn_appauthor.upload_base_url sn_appclient.upload_base_url They might be set as ‘disabled.servicenow.com’. To fix the issue, please set the value of these properties to empty (you have to change scope as those are scoped properties).
