Is it possible to remove the Project Workspace app from the PPM Standard plugin? Issue After installing PPM Standard you might decide that you don't want to use the new Project Workspace but if you uninstall it you will find that plugin updates to PPM Standard will reintroduce the workspace.

Cause The workspace is effectively a dependancy for PPM Standard and you cannot remove it.

Resolution In order to hide the workspace and prevent users from accessing it you will need to apply the following changes:

1. Planning console related list: Disable planning console UI action (/sys_ui_action.do?sys_id=e480b8f09f323100598a5bb0657fcf8d) 2. In workspace menu: Open (/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/sys_security_acl.do%3Fsys_id%3Df7cdb7b507223010188ca2324dd30017), Check 'Advanced' check box and update "answer=false;" in Script 3. Banner on project form: Disable project_workspace_banner macro (/sys_ui_macro.do?sys_id=4a74ef1a5336301016f6ddeeff7b1214) 4. Disable modules for navigation menu
