The .txt file with a name "Summary of : Test Attachment.pdf.txt" gets stored in "sys_attachment" table. It is expected behavior. We do not index attachment names. We index words inside an attachment and that is stored in sys_attachment table if you search for "file name" starts with "summary of". These PDFs contain text of what is indexed in an attachment. The attachments are created by a Java class called TSAttachmentSummarizer. It is related to the attachment indexing feature. As for attachments with thumb_ name : Attachment will prefix thumb_ is the thumbnail of the corresponding attachment. The thumbnail is used in the activity stream view of the images.the property `glide.ui.activity_stream.scale_images` is active by default and it applies to images retroactively. If you delete the thumbnail and then reopen the incident record again, the thumbnail will be regenerated. If you disable the property, the thumbnails will not be regenerated.
