Task Intelligence Admin Console not opening Issue Unable to open the Task Intelligence Admin Console and the suggestions available in the dropdown field are not part of the dropdown, causing it to update as 'undefined' after clicking on Save. ReleaseAllCauseThe issue is due to instance being in the Xanadu release and the store apps Task Intelligence Admin Console and Task Intelligence for ITSM support prior releases. They do not currently support Xanadu.ResolutionTo resolve the issue, update the Task Intelligence Admin Console and Task Intelligence for ITSM applications to a version that is supported by Xanadu or the relevant version of the instance. Navigate to Admin Center > Application Manager.Search for Task Intelligence Admin Console and Task Intelligence for ITSM.Click into each and Update.Wait for a few minutes before attempting to open the application(s) again.
