MyNow offers a widget-based interface, giving the flexibility to consume information across ServiceNow in one unified view, streamlining information and reducing cognitive overload. Watch the new and improved MyNow in action here! What’s New : Customizable Home page Users can now truly make MyNow their very own by Adding, removing, or reordering widgets on the MyNow homepage. Tailoring the dashboard-style interface to fit their unique needs and priorities. Improved Widget library We are constantly enhancing our value-packed widget library to include new capabilities like: Support Overview - A unified view of all active Now Support cases, changes, and problems. My Products - An at-a-glance view of an account’s subscriptions, for privileged users. Community Updates- Discover personalized, relevant content from the ServiceNow Community—questions, articles, and blogs. All existing capabilities have also been seamlessly migrated to an intuitive, widget-based design for easier use. MyNow homepage now features ServiceNow Brand 2.0 styling and will continue to evolve in alignment with future branding guidelines. A new and improved Best Practices Library: Best Practices Library will now replace Now Create as a unified destination for all ServiceNow implementation best practices. What’s New: Best Practices as the go-to resource for implementation guidance for ServiceNow employees, customers, and partners–replacing the Now Create site. The site will continue to evolve, incorporating additional customer journey components and expanding available content. Now Create content from the last 2 releases are available on Best Practices, organized by methodology and designed for easy download and discoverability. Properties such as Dotcom, Partner Portal, and Community consume Best Practices content in their search experiences, leveraging the updated ETG GSDR. The “Get Your Badge” feature available on all Success Packs pages, allowing users to continue accessing the Now Create methodology badge. The course content will be updated to reflect best practices. R3.0: July 25, 2025 New Features: MyNow: We’ve pulled in more task functionality for users on MyNow, to help customers stay organized and have visibility into all their critical tasks in one place. What’s new in 3.0: Case has been solution proposed: A Now Support case has been moved to solution proposed state. Case is awaiting information: A Now Support case is awaiting more information form the customer Account is missing a primary administrator: A key contact, they primary administrator is missing from the customer account End of life task to upgrade an instance: One or more of the customers instances are at end of life and need to be upgraded Learning credits expiring: The users learning credits are about to expire. Unified Navigation: What’s New in R3.0 Mobile Responsive Experience - The unified navigation is now fully optimized for mobile devices, ensuring a seamless experience across screen sizes.Developer Portal Support - The navigation component been enhanced to support Developer Portal-specific use cases, including: Dynamic rendering of CTAs in the L1 header such as: Manage Instance Request Instance And other frequently used developer actions Tech Stack Parity Achieved - The Seismic and Angular versions of the navigation are now on par in terms of features and design, enabling a consistent experience regardless of tech stack. This updated component will go live on Developer Portal in Mid-August. Unified Notifications: We’ve rolled out a set of enhancements to make the Unified Notifications experience faster and more intuitive. What’s New Improved Page Load Performance - Significant optimizations have been implemented to reduce load times and enhance responsiveness.Filter-wise Notification Count - Users can now see the number of notifications per filter, enabling quicker prioritization and navigation.Dynamic Filter Visibility - Filters now appear contextually based on available notification types—keeping the interface clean and relevant.Undo Actions Support - You can now undo actions on notifications, bringing the experience in line with the homepage functionality. R2.0: April 21, 2025 Enhancements: MyNow: Personalized experience enhancements including new widgets (Support Cases, Automation Store) and new tasks in the to-do list (User Management and P3/P4 case-related tasks). Search: More prominent search hero-webpart on the MyNow page, making it even easier to search across digital sites. R1.7: March 19th, 2025 Enhancements: AI Search “Recently Viewed” items have been added to the search modal, along with alignment fixes, improved responsiveness, updated icons for better readability, and refined visual styling to align with the new theme Expanded Coverage: Search results now include servicenow.com content, providing broader results Navigational Queries: MyNow now supports navigational queries, making it easier to find existing pages across our properties.
