Steps to Reproduce

Check on instance ubstechuat. We noticed that exactly 100,001 m365 installs had undetermined reason. UBS has the "glide.db.max_view_records" set to 100k, and the default is 10k. We didn't anticipate this many undetermined records for the same product, so the code does not handle this limit. This is important to fix because the unlicensed install count and progress indicators will not report remaining unlicensed installs.
