cds_client_schedule files should be shipped with active false, empty run_dayofweek and run_time Description cds_client_schedule schedule jobs may not be randomised, causing jobs to fail with HTTP 429 errors.

If the job fails, the Last Updated On value may not be populated, blocking the "SAM - Apply latest content changes" job.

Steps to Reproduce

On Washington, install Software Asset Management Professional Run the "SAM - Set client pull schedules" job 2. Upgrade instance to Xanadu 3. Run the "SAM - Set client pull schedules" job Observe samp_custom_sw_product_mapping cds_client_schedule record and see that run_dayofweek and run_time are not randomized.
