Using multiple keys configuration in Tag-Based servicesBackground Service Mapping creates service candidates based on the defined tags. Only CIs that have discovered tag values for the selected tag categories become part of application services. A tag is a label that consists of a key-value pair in "cmdb_key_value" table. This KB will explain how multiple tags can be used in Tag-Based configuration. Issue Configure 2 key value pairs, with different key values but the same value. For example, Tag key and value as followsParentCIID : S470111242ParentCIID2 : S470111242 The map doesn't contain all Cis with these tags. Investigation In case two keys were selected for Tag-Based configuration The flow adds to the service the only Cis that have the the both key/value records in "cmdb_key_value": Solution If user wants to add all Cis that have these tags the keys should be combined to the one Category. Please note that key can belong to the only category. Ones keys were added to category user can't create a service for the only key, for example for ParentCIID only.
