(This is a group chat that contains both information relevant to the incident but also other information that is not.)- They manually import a couple of messages from that chat to the incident record using the "List all conversations" option in the "Import messages from Microsoft Teams" UI Action pop-up.- The ticket is assigned to Fulfiller B.Expected result:Fulfiller B is not added to the group chat as the Teams chat was not started from ServiceNow.Actual result:ServiceNow adds Fulfiller B to the group chat and shares all of the history.------------------Scenario 2:- Fulfiller A has a Teams chat they started outside of ServiceNow with User A. (This is a chat between 2 individuals (so not a group chat) that contains both information relevant to the incident but also other information that is not.)- They manually import a couple of messages from that chat to the incident record using the "List all conversations" option in the "Import messages from Microsoft Teams" UI Action pop-up.- The ticket is assigned to Fulfiller B.Expected result:Fulfiller B is not added to the chat as the Teams chat was not started from ServiceNow and is an individual chat. The chat does not show in the list of importable chats when Fulfiller B opens the "Import messages from Microsoft Teams" UI Action pop-up.Actual result:Fulfiller B is not added to the Teams chat in Teams but is added to the "Users" list for the Teams chat in the Microsoft Teams chat record in ServiceNow.Fulfiller B receives an error message when opening the "Import messages from Microsoft Teams" UI Action pop-up and cannot import messages as the pop-up is stuck "Loading...".WorkaroundThis defect is fixed.
