Workplace Service Delivery Professional Now Mobile Issues "The page you are looking for could not be found" Issue When selecting options provided by the Workplace Service Delivery Professional plugin on the Now Mobile app the page does not navigate as expected. Insted it is taken to "The page you are looking for could not be found" search screen. After selecting "Go" the page is redirected correctly.

Cause This issue is being addressed in PRB1843738 in the meantime please use the workaround below to resolve this issue.

Resolution Workaround: in the Content Item Catalog link record (sys_sg_button) the Take source value from field option needs to be selected in the Content Item (sc_cat_item_content) you are having an issue with the URL needs to be hardcoded with the correct portal. in this case it is 'mesp'
