If you are not able to upgrade at this time use the following workaround. Workaround: in the Content Item Catalog link record ( on the sys_sg_button list) the Take source value from field option needs to be selectedin the Content Item (on the sc_cat_item_content list) you are having an issue with the URL that needs to be hardcoded with the correct portal. In this case it should be 'mesp'.
