Use Guided Setup to configure Impact store application

Use the Guided Setup to complete the configuration of the Impact store application.

Guided setup provides a sequence of tasks that help you configure Impact on your ServiceNow instance.

There are three main steps in the Impact Guided Setup:

Verify connection for data synchronization and migration. Select the data to synchronize and migrate to the Impact store application. Onboard new and existing users to the Impact store application.

You may return to the various steps in the configuration, if you don't complete the entire setup at once.

Note: Impact user roles do not have the necessary permissions to configure Impact App.

Role required: impact app admin

Navigate to All > Adoption Services > Guided Setup > Configure products > Impact Guided Setup . In Establish connection to Provider Instance, complete the tasks: Register with the Provider Impact instance . Set up your connection with the Provider instance . Note: See Connect your Impact store app to the Impact Provider for additional information.

In Data sync and migration, complete the Data Migration task. In User Management, complete the tasks: Know your Squad Identify and re-assign roles to existing Impact users Assign roles to users Assign users to group
