Request repair of an enterprise asset using the Repair option

IT Asset Management > Create and manage enterprise asset inventory > Manage repair of defective assets in your stockroom in the Enterprise Asset Workspace >

Request repair of a defective enterprise asset in your stockroom directly through the asset form.

Role required: sn_eam.enterprise_asset_manager or sn_eam.enterprise_asset_technician.

Navigate to Workspaces > Enterprise Asset Workspace > Asset Estate . Select the All assets tab. Select an asset with state as In stock and substate as Defective or Pending repair . Select the More Options icon ( ) on the Asset form. Select Repair .

A repair order with a repair order line in the Troubleshoot stage is created.
