Create a search source for the table: a. Navigate to the sys_search_source table. b. Create a search source for the table. c. Provide the table name as Case [sn_customerservice_case]. 2. Update the search configuration: a. Go to the sys_search_context_config table. b. Open the "Now Experience Search Configuration" record. c. Under Application Search Sources, right click on Now Experience Search Configuration and open in a new window. d. Create a new record and configure form layout to have search context config c. Add the search source created in Step 1 under Source.
