Steps to Reproduce

1. Clear the cache Run the script from background by logging into each node. GlideCacheManager.flush('Relation Types') 2. Load as an itil or cmdb_read user, Load relationship formatter on the CI form . check the payload for below api in network trace , it is missing cmdb_rel_user_type /api/now/cmdbrelation/types?cacheKill=1735650675041 or 3. Add relationship between users with the cmdb_rel_user_type and then load the CI form and check the Relationship tab It will miss the parent/child desctiptor

Workaround Add itil and cmdb_read roles to below ACL
