Steps to be followed to disable the 'assign' modal:

Go to app navigator Now Assist>Features>Open the skill 'Incident' by clicking on 'view details' On 'Incident Summarization' click on edit by click on the 3 dotted lines. On the left side go to 'Define trigger' and locate 'assign modal' Disable the 'assign modal' and save the changes
