To get list of the variables, go to the table sc_item_option_mtom and use the filter condition to filter for the RITM number you are currently having an issue with. Take and XML backup of the list created by the filter (right click 3 dots on column header > choose export > XML Remove variable's in list one by one checking the RITM record after each deletion, to see what variable is causing the issue.
