Make sure the user has the 'resource_manager' role. This role is required in order to configure the columns. 2. Go to the user preferences table (can be found by searching for "user preferences" in filter navigator - it is under the User Administration Application).>> Direct link: /now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/sys_user_preference_list.do 3. In the 'user' column, search for the user running into this issue to narrow down the records specific to this user. 4. In the 'name column' search for the following 2 user preferences that belong to the affected user.---- sn_plng_att_core_resource_assignment_workspace_columns_resources sn_plng_att_core_resource_assignment_workspace_columns_unassigned_work ---- 5. Export a XML backup. 6. Then delete these 2 records for the affected user. 7. Sign out and back in, impersonate the user, and then try to reproduce the issue.
