Missing REQ Number and other values in sc_task record when Timer Activity is used in workflowIssue Business Rule 'Auto Populate Request Field' populates the value of Request for the sc_task. When a Timer Activity is used in workflow to pause the workflow for a specific period of time and then create catalog task, this catalog task is created by system rather than the user who initiated it. There are other custom BR's which are restricting access to the request item, request or task records to specific set of users. Since, the system account with admin permissions is not able to access these records, it is not able to populate through the mentioned BR.
