Strategic Planning 4.3.2 has an invalid form section for EAP Default view that makes the form can't be configured in form builder Description After updating Strategic Planning from 4.2.0 and 4.3.2, an invalid UI Form Section is added to the EAP Default view of the [rm_story] form. The UI Form section references a UI Section ef2eeb508b601e107d2e1b48c12395f5 which does not exist.

Making the form is not configurable in the form builder

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Strategic Planning (sn_apw_advanced) 4.3.2 2. Open EAP Default view of the [rm_story] form (sys_ui_form.do?sys_id=012b524f77a231100b2e41ff6b5a9966) 3. Observe there are 2 sections in the related list 4. Open the second UI Form Section (sys_ui_form_section.do?sys_id=e32eeb508b601e107d2e1b48c12395f7) 5. Observe the sys UI section reference

Expected behavior The UI Section reference (ef2eeb508b601e107d2e1b48c12395f5) should be a valid record

Actual behavior The UI Section reference (ef2eeb508b601e107d2e1b48c12395f5) is indeed missing

Workaround Delete the invalid form section sys_ui_form_section.do?sys_id=e32eeb508b601e107d2e1b48c12395f7
