That means, all the other scopes will be skipped and only validates the HR record related. That is the explanation about why the record is skippedFor the property (glide.enforce_security_scope.sn_hr_core), that cannot be changed and that will be fine as the idea is to keep the HR scope only for the HR people/roles.
