Variable Set UI Policies Deleting Daily on Service Bridge Consumer InstancesIssue When a new variable set containing a UI policy is created on the provider instance, the UI policy is correctly published to the consumer instance. However, when the scheduled job 'Trigger Daily Refresh All Entitlements' runs on the provider, it inadvertently causes the UI policy and its associated actions within the variable set to be deleted on the consumer instance. SymptomsThe UI Policy on the consumer is gets deleted.ReleaseService Bridge Version: 2.0.xCauseThe issue is related to domain separation. When the UI policy has a domain set other than Global in the sys_domain field, it gets deleted from the Consumer instance after running the scheduled job "Trigger Daily Refresh All Entitlements".ResolutionTo resolve the issue, ensure that UI policies created in variable sets do not have a domain set to anything other than Global. This does not seem to apply to catalog item UI policies. If the UI policy has already been created with a domain set other than Global, follow these steps:1. Edit the UI policy and set the domain to Global.2. Republish the Remote Catalog Item to the Consumer instance.3. Run the scheduled job "Trigger Daily Refresh All Entitlements" to confirm that the UI policy is no longer deleted. If the issue persists, contact ServiceNow support for further assistance.
