This functionality is available for the Dashboard and tab inline editor; it is not available for the technical dashboards. Resolution1. Check Permissions:- Verify that you have the required role, such as dashboard_admin or a role with access to modify dashboards.- Check if the dashboard has specific access controls that prevent duplication. You can view or edit access controls via the ACL settings.2. Validate Dashboard Ownership:- Navigate to the dashboard and check the Owner and Sharing Settings.- If you're not the owner, request editing access from the owner or an administrator.3. Verify Dashboard Configuration:- Ensure all widgets on the dashboard are properly configured and functional.- Check if the dashboard has external dependencies (e.g., scripts, data sources) that might be causing the issue.4. Check System Logs:- Go to System Logs > All or System Logs > Errors.- Look for any error messages or stack traces related to dashboard duplication.- Address the underlying issue based on the error logs.
