ServiceNow Engagement Messenger Search Results not loading properlyIssue When performing a search via the CSM engagement messenger window, the search results load correctly on the first page, but subsequent pages of search results does not display. The screen just shows grey boxes without text.Release N/ACausethe root cause of the issue is due to the customizations done on the following widget: faceted_search, which is being used within Engagement Messenger to show the search results. Particularly the following code was removed from the HTML template of the widget: is-loading={{c.isLoading}} Due to this, even though the results are being fetched the loading screen is not being hidden after results are available.ResolutionReverting the widget customization should fix the issue .
