CMDB Health Dashboard and Relationship Health Dashboard Not Showing Expected ResultsIssue The CMDB health dashboard for any of the below metric: duplicate/duplicate relationships, orphan/orphan relationships and stale/stale relationships and there is a message as failed threshold reached.ReleaseXanaduCauseThe root cause of the problem is a change introduced in Xanadu that sets a limit of 100k records by default for failure thresholds. This limit caps the failure thresholds at 100k irrespective of the failure threshold defined in the health preferences. The product team has confirmed that this change will be reverted with the Xanadu Patch 4 release. However, for now, a system property needs to be set to bypass this limit.Resolution1. Set the system property 'glide.cmdb.health.max_failure_threshold' to a higher value than the default 100k. If the property does not exist, it can be created on the sys_properties table.2. Verify the results in the CMDB Health Dashboard and Relationship Health Dashboard.
