Troubleshooting errors during import of the entitlement data on an on-premise/self-hosted instanceThis KB provides resolution to common issues which you can encounter while importing the entitlement data. When the state is Error, the Error Message field describes the reason of the failure. Error MessageResolution No entitlement data will be imported. This instance is not a self-hosted instance. No entitlement data will be imported. This instance is still using Subscription Management v1 and has not migrated to Subscription Management v2. Instances on Washington and beyond are automatically migrated to the SMv2. Ensure that the following properties are correctly set in the sys_properties table.glide.entitlement.surf.routing=falseglide.entitlement.ems.data.available=true Please upload the entitlement data in order to proceed.
