How to import entitlement data on an on-premise/self-hosted instanceSummaryThis article describes steps to import entitlement data for an on-premise customer instance. Refer to KB1829605 on getting entitlement data. ReleaseAn instance must be on Yokohama family release, and must have 4.2 or higher version of Licensing Engine application installed. Only instances of type production, subproduction, and demonstration are supported. Instance type development is not supported. InstructionsPre-requite: The instance must be registered on NowSupport. Follow 'Installation instructions for a self-hosted environment' section in the KB1226542. Allow 24 hours for the information to sync between different systems when an instance gets registered or its information like Instance Name, Release Family (Assigned WAR) gets updated. Pre-flight checks: Is the instance registered on NowSupport with the latest information like release family?Is the instance on release family Yokohama or onwards? Login to your instanceSearch for 'Import Entitlement Data' in the Filter Navigator, and click on 'Import Entitlement Data'Upload the zip file (or the contents of the zip file if the zip file extension is not allowed by the instance) as an attachment using the attachment icon Click 'Process' buttonOnce the state changes to 'Processed', allow few minutes for the data in the Subscription Management dashboard to refresh.
