Once connected, it's a full duplex connection, meaning traffic flows both ways, but the initial connection is ACC to MID direction. When setting up initial, you need to configure the WebSocket server on the MID Server by following the instructions provided in the documentation:Configure the websocket server on the MID Server The default port for the Web Server (MID web server port) is 8080, but you can change it as per your requirement. 8080 is/was generally used for http proxy servers, however it is unlilely a MID Server host is also running a proxy server service. The ACC agent connects on the port defined in its MID Server list, which should match the ACC Web Server's port defined when you configure the WebSocket server on the MID Server. Therefore, the firewall rules should be configured to allow connections to the MID Servers in the MID Server list of the ACC Agent towards the MID Web Server Port (default 8080, however it can be set to another port as well).
