However, we can configure and reactivate them for use.ResolutionTo activate the form headers, please follow the steps below: 1. Go to this link /now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/sys_aw_form_header.do%3Fsys_id%3D0d20f064c7233010d7e818b1c7c260f02. In the secondary values related list, set the fields to "Active" to make them visible in the incident record (see attached screenshot).
