On the 'sn_cd_content_visibility' record there is an 'Audience' field, which determines that it will be shown to only those users based on the Audience filter. The reason the widget does not show up for certain users is since they are not present in the Audience list defined for the 'sn_cd_content_visibility' record.ResolutionTo ensure that the widget is visible for the affected users, either create a new audience record such that the user list contains the affected users or update the filters of the existing audience record such that the affected users are also a part of the audience list.Related LinksCreate an audience
