Chat Summarization Not Working After Move to Patch 3IssueThe customer is experiencing an issue where chat summarization is not working after upgrading their instance to Xanadu patch 3 and upgrading all the now assist plugins to the latest versions. The following functionalities are not functioning as expected:* Virtual agent to live agent summarization* Live agent to live agent summarization* Summarization quick actionTo reproduce the problem, follow these steps:1. Open two browsers.2. In one browser, open the SOW, as an agent and mark your inbox availability as 'Available'.3. In another browser, open portal _PORTAL_ and start the chat.4. Type in something and out of the results shown, select 'Search more results' this will apparently take you to the live agent.5. Once you get the notification in another browser for the agent, accept and validate you do not see the chat summarization by now assist.CauseXanadu patch 3 introduce roles assigned to the chat summarization and the issue was caused by a skipped plugin upgrade that included role additions. ResolutionTo resolve the issue, the customer manually added the missing role, which resolved the issue. The solution proposed is to add the following roles on ITSM Chat summarization > Select display:- In-product desktop: Add roles: itil and sn_hr_core.basic- Now assist panel: Add role: itil
