Removing Attachment Icon from Activity Tab in Portal Issue There is attachment icon on activity tab is added in Standard Ticket Widget which is out of the box.

Request is to disable the attachment icon from the portal

Resolution In browser, Inspect element attachment and get the ID of the icon. CTRL + Right click on ticket page then you will see option "Instance In Page Editor" . Click on "Instance In Page Editor", it will open a page there you will see "CSS" field, add . .panel-title-icons ul{

display: none;

}

Save the page and reload the ticket page. You will not see attachment icon.
