The Delegated Developer (DD) user cannot access all features in Table Builder when the platform scope differs from the scope of the table application they are accessing. Description The user is unable to edit the form layout in Form Builder, cannot save configurations on the related list in Form Builder more than once, and is unexpectedly redirected to the platform.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Logged in with Admin 2. Navigate to Servicenow Studio and create 2 scoped apps APP1 and APP2 3. Create tables in both the Apps and Share both the Apps with DD User 4. Logged in as DD User 5. Keep the Platform scope is APP1 6. Open table builder for the table which is present in APP2

Workaround Switch the scope to the scope in which table is present and you can edit the form layout and configure the Related List from form builder. Related Problem: PRB1825235
