Delegated Developer (DD) User is restriced to make any changes in dashboard using Workspace Builder via ServiceNow studio Description The Delegated Developer (DD) cannot save the changes made on the dashboard and is unable to share the dashboard with other users as editors due to the “Add as editor” button being disabled when platform scope is different from workspace experince application scope.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in as an Admin, Navigate to ServiceNow Studio.

2. In ServiceNow Studio, create a scoped app and share it with the Delegated Developer (DD) user.

3. Log in as the DD user and navigate to ServiceNow Studio.

4. Select the accessible app and click on “App Details.”

5. Click the “Create” button to open the Create modal.

6. Choose “Workspace” and proceed with the creation.

• Once the Workspace is created, click “Edit” to open it in Workspace Builder.

7. In Workspace Builder, go to the Home page and click the “Add new element” button.

8. Add elements like an image, header, or data visualization, and then save.

Workaround Users can resolve the issue by switching the platform scope to match the workspace experience application scope they are trying to access in the workspace builder.
