It happened in a specific scenario where a user had. The portal page was opened to an incident and then the user opened the VA and created an incident. From the node "Create Request/Incident" calls n_itsm_va.VACreateINCUtil().createIncident() to create a new incident record.In the next node "Attach incident record to the conversation" calls vaSystem.attachRecordConversation() to attach the incident record to the interaction record. So to support the use of the former API most effectively with interaction relationship policies, an enhancement would be needed to that API.
