In this particular instance, a record had over 300,000 'sys_audit' record associated to it. Record in the 'sys_audit' table can be deleted using the Table Cleaner, which is explained in detail in KB0694151 Note: Before deleting 'sys_audit' table records, it is recommended to consult the documentation on how to use the Table Cleaner to remove unwanted data. Additionally, it is recommended to test the deletion process in a non-production environment before applying it to the production environment.
