Users Not Notified When Added to New DiscussionIssueUsers are not receiving notifications when they are added to a new discussion from the Service Operations Workspace. The expected behavior is that a blue bubble appears next to the chat bubble icon in the top right corner, alerting them of a new message. However, without this visual cue, users are unaware that they have a new message to read.Steps to Reproduce:1. Go to the instance and impersonate user _USER1_.2. Open the Service Operations Workspace and open any interaction.3. Go to the right side slide bar and click on collaboration.4. After opening the collaboration, click on the + symbol and create a new collaboration for user _USER2_.5. Impersonate with user _USER2_ and check the top right sidebar. It is not showing the blue color notification and numbers.CauseThe issue was domain-related. Users _USER1_ and _USER2_ belong to the domain _DOMAIN1_. However, there was no entry for this domain in the collab settings.Resolution1. Set the domain to _DOMAIN1_.2. Go to sys_cs_collab_settings.list3. Create a new record for the domain.4. Try reproducing the issue, and the notification should be sent to the user.
